for real this time. yeah, I apologize for,,,pretty much everything.
this one took pretty long, too long really.

refunding is going on right now,,, as always.
the charging should have been paused, I know, so one more apology for this one, I'm sorry.
Every charge made between Feb and Mar will be refunded,
I will also refund the charge of April to Quadmoomin and the highest tier (for an obvious reason) 

the good part is that I feel better about myself now,
