a tiny discord update (Patreon)

Hey my fellow moomin, uhm yeah it's about an update of my discord server"moomin valley"
it's not much but I figured that would be nice to share this kinda little information.
I added few new useless emotes and uh,,, a link to a set of pictures on gallery channel, yeah that's it basically, don't mind the picture, I just thought it's nice to put something to fill the blank space(*‘ω‘ *)
