Story Idea Outline - The Full-Filling New Job (Patreon)

Hi all, something a little different today. I have a few irons in the fire at the moment, but none that are ready to come out. Instead I've been slightly distracted by this idea. Inspired by "The Secret Enabler" by the NoviceFA and more recently by  the "Just One More Bite" comic by Sweetdreamcoffee, I wanted to gush on the GAINfull employment trope, being paid to get fat. Since I know it's just going to sit as an outline in my ideas folder for the next forever, I thought I'd at least clean it up and share it with you all. I'd love to flesh it out, I think this could be a monster of a long and exciting story, but other projects must come first, aka the paid ones, haha!

Speaking of which, I have a few chapters of Brittany that need to be cleaned up and edited before they are ready for prime time, and then I'm also working on another story for one of my recent commissioners, so that should be coming next as well.

Kelsey finds a job that pays super well but has a couple of quirks. This guy wants to set her calorie minimum each day, and also wants a picture sent to her of her in her underwear each day. She’s kinda creeped out, but all the food is free and she’s poor and starving so she takes it. She finds out about all sorts of incentives to earn more money by indulging in certain meals and taking extra pictures for her “boss” She figures she can earn some money, get out of debt, and once she’s back on her feet find a real job. She could also keep off the pounds by working out.

He sends her a credit card which she can use for food and clothes. She starts to use it right away, but finds it hard to hit the calorie count he’s asking for eating her normal somewhat healthy diet. He did give her 90 days to ease into it with lower counts, but Kelsey is concerned about how quickly the numbers are ramping up. She takes her daily picture in her underwear, but doesn’t know what this guy is getting out of this. For now she’s happy with the money flowing into her bank account for the first time in a while.

At first she works out, but after eating so much she’s not in the mood. She has to eat so much she’d rather just stay home and eat. After 30 days things are getting a bit easier for her, but she’s also gained 15 lbs. She decides to start doing some extra challenges for more money, which leaves her super full, but all the extra cash going towards her debts feels nice. After another month she’s gained 20lbs and is starting to get chubby. She hates how she looks, but it’s her job to eat, so eat she must. Her boss sends her compliments about how good she looks each day when she sends her picture. She tries to ask why he’s into this but he never returns those messages.

Kelsey starts to need new clothes, as she’s continuing to gain. After 90 days and 60lbs total gained, Kelsey can see her debts getting paid off in sight. 90 more days she would be debt free. She’s feeling fat, but if she can just deal with 60 more lbs, she could quit and start a real job. At an estimated weight of 240lbs she would have a lot to lose, but she was determined she could do it. At first Kelsey had tried to load up on some healthy calories, but now she had to eat so many she had to rely on cheap extra unhealthy calories just to meet her total. Plus all the extras she was doing were extremely unhealthy like eating fast food or sticks of butter and tubs of frosting.

She meets her goal though, she’s paid off all her debt, but her body has paid the price, weighing in at 260lbs, 20 lbs more than she thought. At this point her plan was to quit, but now that she didn’t have to pay debts she could use all this money to buy some things she always wanted. Plus if she didn’t do any extra challenges she wouldn’t gain so fast. Having been employed for 6 months now she also got the offer of a promotion. The promotion meant more money, but it entailed having camera’s put in her home so she could be watched 24/7. It was super creepy, but it wasn’t like she had anything to hide. This guy was already making her fat and paying her big bucks. This extra money would only help her get to her goals faster. Kelsey started by getting a nice car and moving into a nicer place. She also filled her closet with designer bags and jewelry, putting it on her credit cards, but knowing now she could pay it off quickly.

Three more months passed and she gained 90 more pounds now at 350lbs. Kelsey wasn’t getting out very much these days, spending most of her time eating at home. She had bought all new appliances for her kitchen, and was looking at a new entertainment system for her living room. Looking at her budget she realized she needed to do more for her boss to make some more money, with everything she bought already her paycheck was gone before it even got to her just to make minimum payments for all her stuff. She was back in debt again, but now had an extra 230lbs to show for it. She took on as many extra assignments as she could for him that month, doing all the raunchy stuff he wanted. By the end of the month she was closing in on 400lbs.

She had adapted her wardrobe to his liking for an extra daily stipend, and added on extra calories to her total for a bump in pay. Kelsey still felt like she could lose the weight, she just had to get her finances under control. Maybe she could find a real job that paid just as well. After looking she realized she’d be lucky to make half as much at any real gig. She needed to keep this job, or they would repossess all her stuff, and she’d be left alone and fat.

She was so stuck. After a year at this “job” she weighed nearly 500lbs and didn’t have any way out. That was when her boss threw her what she thought was a lifeline. He wanted to see if she wanted a promotion to his mentor program. The money was better and she just had to let one of his new employees live with her. A chubby girl, Michelle, showed up the next day. Food flowed through the house like no one's business after that with two girls trying to make their calorie counts each day. Michelle was just like Kelsey and wanted to do any extra assignments that would make her more money. Kelsey helped her fatten up, and they each got a bonus for weight milestones. A lot of their bonus assignments involved stuffing each other with food.

The girls get to talking and become friends. Kelsey says she wants to quit this job and lose all the weight, but she can't. Michelle says she thinks Kelsey looks pretty cute with her massive boobs and nice thick rear. Kelsey admits she thinks Michelle is cute too, but she is only going to ruin her figure and get fat if she stays in this job. and then Kelsey asks why she's willing to have this job. She says she's always wanted to get fat so this was a win win.

Michelle is always complimenting Kelsey, but she thinks she's just hamming it up for their boss. After six months of mentoring Kelsey weighs 650 lbs and is getting quite large. Michelle is 350lbs, but gaining fast. Kelsey's weight is starting to affect her and she's often asking Michelle for help getting off the couch, and for food so she doesn't have to get up. One night, Kelsey is doing some bonus work for her boss from her room and he offers  her yet another promotion, this time to have her move in with him. For both girls to move in. He gives her time to think about it, but Kelsey doesn't want to. She's worked so hard to make her house how she wants it.

Michelle on the other hand wants to move, and tells Kelsey she'll be lost without her because she can barely get off the couch without her help. Plus their “boss” must have endless food at this house with chefs and all that if he's loaded enough to pay them to get fat. Kelsey finally gives in and they move. Kelsey gets all her money back from selling her place, but signs a contract to live with her boss for at least a year, before she would be allowed to quit and go back out on her own. She would have full room and board and make even more money than before.

He greets the women at the door, stunned with how they look in real life, grabbing handfuls of Kelsey's belly. He shows them to their rooms. Later on he sneaks into Kelsey's room to tell her how excited he is that she's here. That he's going to take care of all of her needs and keep her so well fed. She still thinks he's a creep, but the food is so tempting. He gets her to reveal that she's coming to terms with how fat she is, and how she's starting to feel sexy. He ravishes her while she stuffs her face. Maybe this place wouldn't be so bad. Kelsey and Michelle settle in, but after a month Kelsey's boss has an assignment for her. He wants her to be his escort to dinner every night on the down. She eats her way through the best restaurants in town plumping up to 700 lbs in the process.

After that assignment he wants her to help him recruit more girls to the company. He confides that he has two other work from home girls right now, but he wants a few more. Kelsey is by far the biggest girl in his employ right now though. People stopped responding to his Craigslist ad so he needs to get creative to expand his list of employees. Kelsey goes out in public and gorges herself, and those whose eyes linger a bit too long and lustfully she approaches with an offer. After a few weeks she's gotten four girls to join. Two are twins which her boss is very pleased with.

Kelsey helps with their onboarding, responding to the texted pictures of them, coming up with eating challenges for them, watching them grow and complementing their figures. Stuffing her face and she watches them stuff theirs.

After living with her boss for a year she's over 900lbs and her bank account is overflowing with money, but she doesn't want money anymore, she has everything she wants, except one thing.

Her boss has a special surprise for her for the anniversary of her move in. The two of them are going on a plus size all you can eat cruise. And better yet they are going as an engaged couple. Kelsey packs her bikinis and her face, determined to be 1000lbs plus by the time of the wedding.
