I think its amazing! I really like the idea of a POV inflation like this and I would like to possibly see more of it. You could possibly use mirrors to show the reflection of the person being inflated

POV is very well done if done from an explorative side, In my opinion. Being "punished" or "trapped" as the POV character lends the difficulty of movement like you explained. Whereas a POV where the view is of someone freely experimenting with the growth, expansion or inflation can help it be more exciting or engaging. For example, POV where the person we're viewing gradually increases their size, looking around and exploring their increasing size, maybe the adverse affects of the increase in size, like clothing bursting or even the lack of weight. (Air isn’t buoyant, but a lot of it in a stretched container might make you pretty light on your feet! New traits due to changes help with that, so helium is a good option~ Female models would probably work best too.) As said elsewhere, mirrors can help show off too, but I’d love to see more. You did a fantastic job on this, and it's wonderful to see you experiment.

I love these POV videos, but I can see your point when it comes to the limited movement. Maybe the viewer could be rolled around into different positions by the girl doing the inflating, or maybe you could do some close ups of the girl interacting with various body parts such as hands, feet or belly button.
