Such problems, just in case I'll tell about it

On December 3, I set up my payout options and wanted to check getting of some funds from December. I was notified that for security reasons - temporary hold was set on page. That's the trouble, I forgot time limit - it seems about a week. In rules 5 days. But I still have status of "frozen campaign", and there is no information when it will end. Is it really mistake? Causes?

I wrote in support, week has passed, and no response so far.

I'm beginning to lose patience because of uncertainty. If this continues, and I can not get support for January ... Oh, It will be really bad.

If you have any advices, let me know. Maybe I just need to wait a little longer? I hope that situation will be solved in best favor before end of month

*Well, today I tried to change settings, and new hold was set to 27 december, I note this. But I'm still waiting for details from administration
