I've found that there's a certain appeal with babes lying unconscious while wearing shades or masks that conceal their eyes. Yes, the closed eyes of a KO'ed hottie is one of the primary draws, but honestly- not seeing the eyes but with the hottie limp and obviously unconscious is quite sexy IMO.
