We're back with another sexy all-new KO from Streetfighter V, this time featuring the enchanting fortune teller, Rose! But wait, she doesn't look as she usually does- nope, this was a special alternate skin/mod made by the incomparable BrutalAce, bringing a beauty from classic anime into the World Warrior World. This is Madame President, a sultry and sexy girl-boss from the time before that term became quite a negative. Madame Pres (her name was never revealed) was a character in the anime Goldenboy, a somewhat ecchi but generally wholesome sexy comedy series wherein the main character, Kintaro, spends every episode in a new job and invariably pursuing or getting close to the Beauty of the Week. Madame is pretty much the Poster Girl of Goldenboy, with her distinct blonde hair, sunglasses and red dress. Kintaro doesn't date her or anything, but he does ultimately impress her (catch the series, an anime staple and it probably can't be done today). To be honest, this outfit isn't usually my preference, as it is more or less a shorts-type dress with no panty shots or anything- but Madame is such an iconic beauty that I love it to bits.

Madame is a perfect fit for Rose, aside from her statuesque height and beauty, she radiates the dominating personality as well. This is a babe whom you'll want to step on you, and boss you around as you serve as her loving footstool, her beautiful feet resting on your face.
