Lidia Barefoot P1 Mod Repost (Tekken 7) (Patreon)

Here's another one of my early barefoot mods, in fact, this is one of the very first ones I've ever commissioned. It is what I consider an Essential mod, a correction of a grievous oversight that the Tekken devs are prone to committing. With the debut of the stunning Lidia Sobieska, Prime Minister of Polan and peerless Karateka, I thought that finally we have a return of the Gi-clad, barefoot beauty. 

But NOPE. Tekken devs, despite being Japanese who are traditionally, well, traditional, put Lidia in a hybrid Karate outfit which has her upper garment wrapped around her waist Geese Howard style, but most distinct instead of having her barefoot as Karateka traditionally are, they gave her instep guards. These sandal-like footwear technically have her barefoot, since her toes are exposed and do actually apparently touch the ground. But in my book, barefoot means a significant area of the feet touches the floor/ground, and just the toes is lacking. It's like Sakura's SFV Gi crap all over again. Anyway, it would have been fine IF they provided an option to have her barefoot as an additional customization, like they did with other females such as Josie Rizal and Lucky Chloe. But again, NOPE. No option to get those darn footguards off.

So I took it upon myself to correct this Crime Against Feet Love, and commissioned this Barefoot P1 mod for Lidia. Actually, a similar mod was made my MIA modder Barefighter a long time ago, but unfortunately Bare's modding skills are, in a word, lacking, and are very awkward to use. This mod, by modder 9876789, accomplishes the task of giving us Barefoot Karateka Lidia quite simple and easy. Simply equip the Japanese Headband (Short) item to have Lidia's karate pant customs to have bare feet. The only wrinkle here is that with this mod installed, unless you have the headband equipped, her feet in the karate pants customs are invisible (which will happen for CPU Lidia in modes like Treasure or Arcade Battle). In any case, just install as usual and enjoy your Barefoot Karateka.
