Tekken Tag 2 Asuka Returns! (Patreon)

I announced this on the Youtube Channel, so I should also do that here. Say "Hello" or perhaps "Welcome Back" to Tekken Tag 2 Asuka Kazama! This is thanks to a mod called "Tekken 7 Redesigns" by modder MattPlara. This mod has been around for years, though at first I didn't like it. Since then, the mod was updated and I think Asuka's TTT2 face looks great now. I've also been using the mod's TTT2 Lili face (the entire roster has redesigns btw) but I've not mentioned that until now since the change is pretty subtle.

For Asuka though, the difference between her Tekken 7 and TTT2 faces are very distinct. Tekken 7 Asuka is definitely cute, very "anime" with her large eyes. TTT2 Asuka looks more lifelike, more Japanese and it seems she wears less makeup LOL. For the most part, she looks more serious and more the badass, tough brawler tomboy she's always been. I have been flip-flopping between using the mod or not, but just now I felt I should use her, perhaps for good. We'll see if someday we want T7 Asuka back.

For now, yeah, this will mean that I will have to do new KO Endings for Asuka to reflect her different face. But hey, that's what we do. Hope you guys like the new/old Asuka, I think she's going to be awesome both dishing out KOs and taking them. Stay tuned for more!
