Lucia Morgan, the hottest cop in Metro City (hell, probably the world) lies out cold. Who could have defeated such a formidable law enforcer? She's of course in her Sporty costume, perhaps the best default outfit ever put out in SFV. Lucia is so damn sexy, love her buff physique and height, and her big, beautiful feet. It certainly helped that Lucia (and Akira) came later in the life span of SFV, they look worlds better than the earlier characters. In any case, this costume is one of my favorites in SFV, even among the tons of mods I have installed. For now, enjoy the pics of the Cop with the sizzling hot soles...
