HAPPY EASTER, for real this time- though its actually just after midnight. I am posting pics from Tekken 8, something I guess I said I wouldn't do until we have our Feet Mod done and installed in the game. Unfortunately, progress on the Project has been rather slow, with delays stemming from an issue with the maps of the T8 Female Characters' Feet model. Basically the Tekken Devs made some short cuts which is giving our modders some problems. That as well as some personal issues delayed work on the thing. Yeah, excuses, excuses. Anyway, what can we do but persevere and just stick to our guns and just hang in there. We'll get our Perfect Tekken Feet eventually, by hook or by crook.

Till then, well, I just couldn't resist turning on the game and trying to do some pics of my favorite Default KO, the Mid-Hit KO. In case you aren't aware, this is the KO where the loser is finished off with a hit to the gut so they fall backwards on their backs, their legs bent and steepled in a pretty sexy position. Of course we need some help from Cheat Engine to actually capture the pose since the game cuts to the next round before the animation finishes. Just suffice to say, its worth it to have it back at least.

So here we have Asuka posing for us, and she is looking quite lovely with her tranquil KO face (another aspect of the KO helped along by CE). She is looking FINE... except for her feet, of course, which are still the default models. They're not horrible, but as we've seen, they could be a lot better. And that closeup of the soles- that doesn't look like skin, more like wood. Imagine how this would look with our Feet mod. Well, we're gonna have to imagine for now, but we'll get there in due time. So this really isn't a proper KO Ending yet, just a few screenshots to remind us that Tekken 8 is a pretty, pretty game and it's only just begun. For now, enjoy the pics and a glimpse into Tekken 8 KOs to come.
