A maternity store would be great idea for looking towards the future. The clothing store where Lalainey worked would be a logical option considering it has already been introduced and is up for sale. The community center idea would be an excellent way to give back to and hopefully help improve the area the MC grew up in. It may not directly generate profits, but it would provide an avenue to reduce the tax burden of the company through charitable investments in the community. Another possible investment that could help the community and generate income would be to invest in a local hospital or medical system if a network of local hospitals exists. This is an investment that could have a notable impact on the community much like the potential acquisition of the bank and open up healthcare in a similar fashion. Investing in a gym or fitness center would not be too surprising either and could be fairly marketable given that the MC is known in the sports world. A library could potentially be a fine investment idea as well. Invest in and modernize the location and possibly add other amenities such as a cafe nook to purchase coffee, tea, and light fare and/or a cyber section with freely available computers. Ultimately, this is somewhat similar to the community center in establishing another entity that could help the impoverished portions of the community.
