I agree. I personally think that she looks better without her ribs showing, but I could also imagine Rarity being the kind of girl that would make absolutely sure that there isn't a single gram of fat on her stomach, so I really can't blame Racoon-kun for drawing the swimsuit picture the way he did. It makes sense for her character, in a way.
