Personally, I think that Rainbow Dash should look slightly more muscular and athletic than this, but everyone has different ideas and preferences. So my personal opinion is irrelevant, really. However, you absolutely NAILED her personality for me. The pose, the ball balanced so casually on one finger and that smirk that just says "Yeah, I know I'm sexy," are all just perfect. Content like this is why I support you.
