New $4 tier opened (Patreon)

The new $4 tier for patreon commissions has been created. Please, all $3 patrons who want to keep having the reward, move your pledge to that tear ASAP before March 1st, when I'll delete the $3 tier with every patreon who didn't change (Also, read the rules, please. There's a new one for cheaters)
