So the talk about the parasite possibly absorbing the V was what I was also thinking. Maybe he had some kind of parasite before he started taking the Temp V and it grew afterwards. Now I'm starting to wonder if it's a true parasite, but maybe instead a symbiote? I'm thinking Butcher just became the "The Boys" version of Venom! Just a theory but it fits with what happened to Ezekiel this episode and the talk about this thing also feeling in danger when Ezekiel was strangling Butcher.
