I saw this opening night in IMAX and then in a normal theater. Both experience were amazing. However the IMAX showing there were people in full costume. On guy was dressed as Dr Serazawa with a prop oxygen destroyer from the 1954 movie. What does everyone think is going on with Noriko 's neck at the end? I've seen many theories but nothing definitive. Maybe its the same thing as Shin Godzilla's tail at the end. Oh and one last thing... has anyone seen the minus color version?

This movie absolutely blew me away. I saw it twice in theaters and cannot wait to buy the most special edition dvd when available. The story of love, circumstance and redemption is one of the best I’ve ever seen. And the scenes with Godzilla are everything I could ask for in a kaiju film. That scene when they first see him at sea while on the tugboat, one of my favorite suspenseful movie scenes ever.

The neck thing could go either way really! One could be a Godzilla/Human hybrid like Shin implied and another (and most popular theory) the origins of Biollante! Only time will tell!

As soon as the physical is available we are definitely buying it! This is our favorite film from 2023 as well as our favorite Godzilla film so far. What a joy to watch!
