There’s a throwaway line in the first chapter of pipeburn where Gray calls Jax a cop, and it was meant to be more like shorthand for “someone snooping for the presumed purpose of snitching to someone”, but just in case I wanted to make Gray’s position on banging cops abundantly clear.
