Make sure you have updated ECU_PRO cars to version v1.16 before installing new Ecu Tuner version 

Just unpack and run install_ecu_tuner.bat. If the installer does not work for you, simply copy the 'apps' and 'content' folders into your Assetto Corsa root folder.
