EGT simulation

-EGT is changing based on Injectors DC, Boost, Injectors size, AFR and Ignition timing

-added EGT control menu You can set fuel enrichment (0-20%) and EGT temperature when it will start interfere(750-900C) with 50C hysteresis

-New EGT warning light in status bar(light up at set EGT temp in EGT control menu) -New ECU error code 41 for EGT over 950C(fuel cut will occur)

-Exhaust muffler will glow based on exhaust temperature

All these features will be avalaible in next PRO version update
