So time to chose the content of that image single:

Here are the propositions:

Scene A: Albedo the chair/Throne

Albedo is turned into a rubberized chair to be used by Shaltear. The idea being that Albedo being jaleous of Shaltear for being Ainz chair, Shal get's read of her by giving Albedo what she wanted. Become her chair.

If you choose this scene, there will be two variants: One is just the "Albedo rubber chair" itself so you can have a clear view of her. The second variant is the same but with Shaltear sitting on it this time. We won't see Albedo making different expression she is forced to smile all the time with her face rubberised.

Scene B: Albedo is put in a inflatable bondage and a sarcophagus.

In this scene Albedo is locked away in Shaltears "private chambers" to become one of her "toys". But her role will be reduced to her moans and groans from inside a sarcophagus turning Shaltear on as she plays with her vampire brides.

If you choose this scene we will just see Albedo in her rubber inflatable cocoon. But this time her face not rubberized so you'll see variants of her Angry face, then gagged, then the lid closed.

Scene C: Albedo tied to a bed trying to get Ainz to finally "take her".

In this scene, Albedo is fully bound in a rubberized dress up attire (Straitjacket, cuffs and all), and her legs spread out for obvious reasons. She convinced Demiurge to tell Ainz that this was purely part of an "experiment" to see if Undeads could reproduce. Ainz is not fond of the entire situation however.

Choose this scene and the image will be Albedo tied on the bed with various facial expressions.
