What are the reasons of her becoming a villain?

- Scenario A: Her motherly attitude change towards fairytale was just a facade and a lie from the beginning. She never liked Erza's arrogance and overconfident attitude. So her plan is to turn into a pathetic rubber maid that exists only to serve. She would go as far as taking control of the guild and repurposing (at the expanse of the members it just to exact her plan on Erza. In short, her MAIN motivation here is Erza herself.

- Scenario B: Mirajane decides to take total control  of the guild and turn it into a brothel filled with rubber maid to rent and use. She would be the matriarch of the guild. Erza was the perfect first "member" to repurpose for that new vision. Considering their rivalry. Having her turned would be of particular delight to her. Here, her MAIN motivation is becoming the matriarch of the guild. Erza is simply the most natural first choice for it. And because of their rivalry, this would prove most amusing to her.
