I was under the impression it was more of a strange straight jacket armbinder combo then just an arm binder, as it covers her entire torso yet doesn’t have the standard straight jacket look.

Looks a bit weird now. Mainly because the colors don't line up on her neck. I also think she would be trying to move her arms from side to side too. Not just up and down. Otherwise, it's pretty good.
