Comic + Art Announcement (Patreon)

Note: This is an old post from the Discord channel, but I'll post it here for those who don't use it.

This game is finally 1 year old ! So, I want to thank all the game supporters and fans who have supported me this far. Without the enthusiasm, I wouldn't even last the 2nd or 3rd updates since I had pushed myself to do coding, which I had no clue how to do. Plus, I would have stopped drawing furry stuff without the game. I was planning to stop drawing due to the increase in my main job workload. But because of the game, I can ditch my part-time job and work on the game while drawing lewds. So, thank you very much, because I'm very blessed to have a supportive community and fans.

But for now, it seems that I'm going to pivot in a different direction. If you have noticed my recent posts, I've been drawing more than normal, and I feel there's so much improvement in just a few drawings if I really focus on it non-stop. So, I feel that there's a lot of potential I haven't explored. Even though I still have lots of ideas for the game, I realize that it may hinder my growth as an artist because of the amount of time I have to spend per month on it. So, I decide that the Demoneater development will be put on hiatus for now, and I will pursue improving my art.

So, what's going to change? For now, the patreon will be transformed from a monthly game update to monthly comics + exclusive arts update! The first few pages will be posted on my social media, but the rest of the comic plus its high res version will be patreon exclusive. I plan to make around 20–25 pages each month. I will post an update on the new benefits soon and the first few pages of the comics by next week.

Again, I want to say thank you for all the longtime supporters and fans who have kept supporting me all this time. I'm truly sorry for everyone who wants to see more of the game. I don't blame you if you feel disappointed. I hope you will enjoy the upcoming comics and drawings.
