Hi everyone!! 💖 Hope you're all doing good out there!! If you haven't seen my Doki Doki Literature Club! collaboration collection yet, it'll be releasing this Friday, I hope you'll check it out ♥

First of all, we received A LOT of damaged parcel emails this past month or two, probably about 20% more than usual...
We've been testing out new mailers unfortunately due to stocking issues, and first off we accidentally got the wrong size, so a lot of mailers were left with extra room in them, giving inconsiderate parcel handlers the freedom to crush them with impunity😒
Further more, I switched to paper mailers thinking it wouldn't really make a difference, but it apparently very much in fact, does!!!! Plastic is more rigid than the paper and therefore I assume provides better support.
So I am sincerely hoping this month, if not next, we will finally be back to using a more stable mailers that we can keep stocked all the time, and we will have less of these issues. Super super sorry about that everyone.

Moving on, August 1st is in a couple days, meaning it's the start of our billing period for the Cinnamoroll x Pompom Purin set!! Remember, you do not need to rush to change your subscription today to acquire this set.
The only thing you'll need to take action on is if you do not want this set, and your billing period is coming up (a lot of people's billing dates are still the 31st & the 1st, which is why I'm posting this today. Again, you can check your own personal billing date here!) so please make sure to cancel your subscription before your billing date, and before August 1st, if you do not want this set, since we are no longer doing refunds.

Yes! The pass for the Secret shop is available for $2 tier and up - this set will only be put up on the Secret Shop in September, though.

Yeah, I noticed in my last two print sets (chobits and Kitchen Princess) that the prints got bent or damaged more than they used to in the previous mail parcels/envelopes :( I hope this is fixed soon since I like framing your work! Part of it I think is also that they're shipped with cardboard for stiffness (which naturally bends) instead of a thick cardstock like you used to use.
