No longer providing refunds + Set schedule for the next 5 months (Patreon)

Hey wavies~! I've been meaning to make this update since the beginning of the month, but I'm just letting everyone know that starting June we will not be issuing refunds once your account has been charged.

Since switching to subscription billing, a lot of member's join date are still set at the 1st of the month. But if you have joined in the middle of the month after this April, your charge date is different. You can check your own personal, official charge date here.

Regarding refunds - we had a lot of them last month, so going forward we unfortunately can no longer provide refunds. We purchase merchandise based on how many people are currently subscribed, so if we have 10% of people unsubscribing, then we have 10% extra merch, plus we are out the money it ends up costing to have our employees process all your refunds.

So what should you do?

In order to help you guys plan your cancellation times accordingly, we have provided the set schedule for the next 5 months at the top of our About section. This will be updated regularly before sets are released so you can plan your cancellations accordingly.

For easy access, here they are:

• May 2023: Chobits set
• June 2023: Kitchen Princess set
• July: Princess Peach set
• August: Pompom Purin & Cinnamaroll set
• September: Chibi Vampire set

Then, you can check your own personal charge date HERE (a lot of you may still be the 1st of the month), so if you don't want a particular set from a particular month, please make sure to cancel your subscription before your charge date.
And even if you unsubscribe, you still always have the whole rest of the month to sign up if you change your mind. :)
