April (Monster High) Shipment Update (Patreon)

Hello all!! Just posting a little update on April's Monster High set as I'm sure some of you have been wondering. Actually, April was our first month back after a 3-month break, and we faced a lot of changes which has also played part in the delay. 

Here's the important notes I've gathered from the fulfillment team~

1.) Pin Club Shipments are delayed
So one of the biggest things is we actually ran out of pins this month. ^^;;;; This month's set was sort of unprecendented and my biggest set yet so, we are currently in the middle of restocking. Everyone who was on the Pin Club will have their rewards shipped out sometime in June. Also, we have emailed all of those induviduals seperately to confirm. Please check your email if you would like to see if you are in this batch.

We're so sorry for the inconvenience. We will definitely order more pins in the months going forward!!

2.) Everything else is shipping out today!
At this moment, Print Club, Sticker Club, & Super Mega Club have already been shipped.
Today, we are shipping out Super Washi Club, Super Pin Club, and Washi Club.
As mentioned, everybody on Pin Club is delayed.

3.) Changed to "Subscription Billing"
Okay, technically nobody needs to understand this part, and you can move onto point 4, but for my sanity it needs to be said lol. Remember that thing I was talking about around a year ago... and I wanted to move over to Ko-fi?... And then I was like, "oh, it's actually fine, I'm just dumb!"...
Yeah...... Patreon is confusing for people who subscribe, but I swear it's even MORE confusing for creators. Basically I thought it would be fine to switch to subscription billing, but once we did that, for some reason our behind the scenes CSV report just completely took away all of these necessary functions we need to fulfill your orders.  So for the month of April, we had to go through a ton of shit manually and by hand. So it's been a little nightmarish.
With that being said....

4.) Let us know if you are missing anything in your sets!
With that being said, please let us know if there are any pieces you are missing in your sets. We had to organize over 300+ people manually this month due to Patreon's lack of basic function, and I think we have everything down, but if not, please let us know: support@oceaninspace.com
We have something figured out for the months going forward so, I don't think it'll be so bad in June lol ^^;
