Sailor Jupiter Illustration Progress (Patreon)

As promised, here is my Sailor Jupiter illustration<3 I'm sorry, these photos really do look better on my phone...
I used a bunch of different tools for this one; a very ~multi-media~ piece if you will!

Inking: Copic multiliner (pink) sizes 0.05, 0.1, and 0.5

Colours: Dr Ph Martin Concentrated watercolours, Liquitex gouache, Prismacolour Premier coloured pencils, Copic sketch markers, Juice paint marker in white, and Dr Martin pen white

Stickers: Literally so many different kinds I found off eBay and Etsy, I suggest searching for Korean or Japanese brands if you want similar!
The tinier ones I used on her skin are nail deco stickers!

Background: Green part was done with concentrated watercolours (I super diluted it to give it that washy watercolour look), polkadot square is done with 'maste' brand washi tape which I handcut myself with a box cutter. You can see in the photos it isn't quite perfect, and I had to fill in some areas with marker.

I also used some super small 'micro' star stickers to create effects in the hair and the green of the uniform. I put a light wash of the colour first, let it dry, and then put on the stickers. Then I layered on some shading about 2 or 3 times before carefully peeling off.

I am not sure if I like the outcome. Maybe I've just been staring at it for too long lol ^^;;; But I don't think I can do any better than this. I think the thing bugging me most is the things I couldn't help like the messy cutting of the washi tape, or any noticeable areas that had to be filled in. x_x

Do y'all like it??? I know I mentioned I was gonna try something different this month. I was also a bit worried since some people couldn't tell it was her (Makoto).... but regardless, I hope you like it, and I'd like to try and incorporate more of my personal flare into future pieces!
