Sanae - soft sweetness (Patreon)

Finally done, here! There's an alternate/follow-up image to come, but it's going to take a bit more work so maybe another day or so. As it is, I'm quite happy with this one; something friendly and soft, yet a touch of sultry to go with it. What do you suppose the conversation might be between them? What might Sanae be asking that tiny girl in front of her? I leave the details to your imaginations. ^^

All in all, I tried a few new-ish things here and I'm proud of how it all turned out, even if it did ask a lot of my computer to handle all of this. The background was close to a 3-hour render, even after a bunch of optimizations; the foreground - Sanae, the bed, etc - was actually 3 hours. (and then another 3 hours for the alternate version, which will likely be another 3 hours when I go back and fix things with it...)
I can't wait to get some PC upgrades done so I can do this scale of work more regularly! But for now, it's still worth the time spent, and there are plenty of artists who spend even longer on their renders, so I can't complain much.
