Update - October 2018 (Patreon)

Hello again, folks! It's time once more for a brief update on where things are at, especially important considering I haven't shown a great deal of actual finished work recently.

What I've got to start off with is actually just another WIP! I'll give her a proper post once I've made a bit more noteworthy progress on the design, but this is a character of mine I'd actually developed a while ago, but never got to the point of designing her appearance. Her name is Issa, one half of a duo of Paerans who spend a bit more time patrolling outside of the city's borders and helping to keep the denizens safe. Safe from outside threats at least, Issa is quite voracious herself, as is her partner Vela (still working on her, too).

Quite a mix of influences going into this design, and experimenting a bit with more unique features, but I'll delve more into that in a proper post, too!

In other news... The OHTNYC collab is about finished on my end, so that's cleared up a bunch of working space for me again. I'm having a difficult time getting back into the swing of things, and honestly I'm not sure why that is; personal stress I suppose, but that's not always a simple issue to be rid of. I need to loosen up a bit and then re-learn how to just push through and get work done, because I still aim to take this seriously as a career.

Am I going to be pulling crazy figures working solely as a freelance fetish artist? Probably not, but it can at least be a solid foundation to build from. But that's a story neither here nor there. ^^;

There's not been much progress on the WIPs I've posted previously, but I'm hoping to jump back into those, quite a few of which should be easy to finish up! The Lissa+Ruri donut scene in particular is close to completion, and the earlier poll helped a bit in the decision on which - if any - alternate views to pursue. I may end up just wanting to do the whole lot, possibly even as a sequence, but for the time being I'll focus on just getting one finished and posted.

Not many other changes from the September post, so I'll leave it at that. I'd like to finish up the Lissa and/or Teena pieces this month at the least, and Momiji has been rising in interest for me lately as well, so fingers crossed you'll be seeing one or more of those soon!
