Teena lollipop (Patreon)

Done at last! Major apologies for how delayed this one was; I'll be making sure to also send this one out to anyone who was pledging last month.

Any title ideas? I need something a little more interesting than just "Teena's lollipop", kinda tough to avoid innuendos here either... ^^;

As an extra, short note, there's a lot to parse through with these upcoming Patreon fee changes, and I'd like to delve into a bit more detail on that later. I'm not terribly happy with the way it's been handled by Patreon themselves, but also not too sure what to do about it...
