An overdue but finally finished commission piece, for TheAllSeeingEye over on Eka's Portal. ^^

Digital drawing and coloring is something I've done for some years now, but with 3D work taking so much of my focus, it's been ages since I last delved into the medium. Trying to find a comfortable style took far longer than I had hoped, but I am happy with the result! It's not something I intend to do often for commissions - there's a large divide between how long a project like this should take and how long it actually takes for me to finish - but drawing, coloring, and painting is something I still enjoy and would love to develop further for myself.

I haven't quite decided what to do with this piece now that it's finished, I like it very much (and so does the client) but it's not entirely perfect in my own eyes yet. I don't particularly like the idea of experimenting around with a commissioned piece I've already "finished" though, so while I might mess around with some edits to this at some point, perhaps I should simply make some newer pieces in the same style. It's not something I have the time for while I'm still working on SizeCon prep, but later? For sure!
