As a kid I watched David El Gnomo in Spanish, I didn't know it was the original audio, though.

I actually inherited the children's book(English edition)from my Grandma. Beautiful art. I also second Father Dowling Mysteries. I watched a shit-ton of it growing up.

Laura McDaniel

It's apparently a Spanish cartoon series based on a Dutch children's book.

I have to admit, before your mail-bag clarification, I innocently thought that a "tall glass of water" was a drink, as if you needed to be coy about alcohol. Now I can listen to your back catalog and discover what dirty, corrupt sinners you are.

They said it in one ep., where Eric clarifies what it means. This show used to bore me to years as a kid.

Loved this ep! I adored this show as a child; I was probably 5 or 6 when I watched it. I cried and cried and cried when I saw the final episode. I think my mom might have called Nickelodeon and complained. While I've met people over the years who knew this show, no one else remembered the finale and I began to worry I imagined it. I was so happy to hear Andrew talk about it.

I think I only loved the theme song. One of the greatest of all time. The 80s and up to the mid 90s we're great for ridiculously, over sung kid show theme songs
