It's our monthly trip back to the gorgeous Los Angeles of the Go-Go 90s!

First up on 90210, it's the total ass-clencher episode, "Down and Out of District in Beverly Hills"! Originally airing October 17, 1991, this episode has Brandon outing Andrea for scamming the school district, Steve Sanders being gross in a limo with a woman who's dating him for his money, and Dylan McKay... chopping some carrots!

Then over on Melrose Place, we finally get to the season one finale, "Suspicious Minds." Originally airing May 26, 1993, this is a double-sized episode that has Alison groveling at the feet of Amanda once again, Billy hilariously getting beat up by Keith, Amanda losing the baby, Michael continuing his affair with Kimberly, and Rhonda getting a huge, dramatic, poignant send-off—lol just kidding! She and Terrence go out for Chinese food and decide to finally get married. Bye, Rhonda! Sorry that this show never, ever tried to figure out your character in any way whatsoever!

MELR0210 is a WHM podcast where the guys blissfully stroll through the Beverly Hills, 90210 and Melrose Place timelines. The TV episodes covered will run in broadcast order, but the gang may skip duller 'sodes in order to keep the focus on the nitty, the gritty, and the downright bizarre. Thanks so much for continuing to support the WHM Patreon!

I don't want to lose the Boomie the boom mic impressions, but the issue is aspect ratio and new TV sizes. It was out of frame when it aired in 4:3, but TVs are way bigger and in some old TV shows, the wider crop will catch a boom mic now and then

Oh to be able to get away with being a prick to a cop. Maybe one day, America

Judaism is matrilineal, and it really depends on the synagogue if Andrea would be considered Jewish her mom isn't. Like everything in Judaism there's five different answers. Oh man, her elderly Jewish relatives brought back some powerful sense memory flashbacks of the scent of old lady perfume and judgement. I nearly busted a gut laughing at Brandon turning in Anne Franke's diary, holy shit that was the funniest Brandon impression ever.

Concerning Steve’s attraction to Andrea, if I remember correctly, they almost have sex when she’s tutoring him in season 1. I think that was one of the skipped episodes.

Man, it's gonna be awhile, but you guys are in for quite the ride once you get to Alison becoming a full-blown alcoholic. She just chugs that vodka like it's Gatorade in those eps.

Hal Hartley jokes! Oh yeah!

NEVER submit someone's writing for a school competition. That's the same shit that got Mario Lopez deported on "The Golden Girls."

People have gone to jail for sending their kids out of district. Particularly black moms: https://abcnews.go.com/US/ohio-mom-jailed-sending-kids-school-district/story?id=12763654
