Hey, hey! Hope all you fine folks had a great weekend and are settling in nicely to another week of the dog days of summer! Anyone check out Alien: Romulus? You know your four lovably grumpy uncles did! As we're writing this in advance, we hope it's a great time!

Speaking of great times, we've got some fabulous shows dropping this week in the WHMu, so let's see what's shakin':

First up tomorrow, we've got a big one on WHM as we present our raucous live show from Austin on our beloved From Dusk Till Dawn! We had an absolute ball at that show talking about one of our all-time faves. The crowd had a blast and you will too! You can check this out AD-FREE on here at the $8 level and up! PS - This episode also starts with the GRAND FINALE of this season's VHS Trailer Game, so, yeah, this is can't-miss programming!

Then on Friday, we close out the week with the August edition of MELR0210! It's a wild month for talking California-set, primetime soap operas from the 90s because we've got Beverly Hills, 90210's "Wild Horses," where Dylan may be wrapped up in a porno plot, and also Melrose Place's "Imperfect Strangers," where, among other things, Amanda hires her mother's mimbo, Chas, to be Alison's department co-worker! This one was a blast to record and it will be available on here, exclusively at the $10 level.

And then also, over on the Free Feed, we're unlocking another episode this Thursday. We're opening up the WHM Vault to release the Animation Damnation episode on Doug's Halloween Adventure. This is a total fan-favorite episode, perfect for anyone in your life who might be nostalgic for the heyday of Nickelodeon programming! Feel free to share around to give your friends a taste. And if you haven't heard this one yourself, it's already available on here to all subscribers at the $3 level and up! It's a good one!

Oh, and hey, if you missed the announcement last week, tickets are on sale for our final live shows of the year in Seattle, Portland, and Boston! Head to our website for all ticketing information!

That'll do it for this week! We hope y'all are keeping cool and hanging in, and we thank all of you for continuing to be kick-ass subscribers!

Take it easy,

Checked Romulus out Thursday and had a pretty good time overall. First two are still unbeatable but there were some nice sequences and effects at points and I quite liked the performances and characters of the two leads. Not without its share of issues at various points including one that might not bother some people but absolutely did me for how unneeded it was.

I really enjoyed Romulus, but it was definitely "The 'Morph Awakens" and undeniably an IP product. One plot point caught me off guard, and I wish more of the movie had been like that.

Oh wow can’t wait to hear your take on Wild Horses

FUCK YA - the Dusk til Dawn episode exists…. If you can find cheaper podcasts anywhere else…fuuckkk it!

“Alien: Romulus” - The best “Alien” sequel since “Aliens” (1986). Rook was bizarre and disturbing, but it’s an Aliens movie! Weirdness is welcome in an Aliens movie. It fits.
