[Audio] Boyfriend Egee Cuddles You to Sleep! (Patreon)

Hey flufferschnoots! It's time to bring all of my "personal attention" rp's into a regular Egee character. Meet: Boyfriend Egee!

I asked my lovely Executive Flufferschnoots which character I should work this week and the top choice (by far) was Boyfriend Egee!

The scene and overall idea for this came together super quick once I put my thinking-cap on. It was like 5am and I was jamming along to Don't You Forget About Me  and BOOM the scene hit me.

Egee fell asleep waiting for his partner to arrive home, quick wakes up and helps them into bed. He bores them to sleep with some story and head skritchies.

Positioning myself with the mic is difficult in scenes like these. The distance from my mouth and the mics changes so I'm having to tweak the volume of my voice in editing to keep it sounding good. I think I'm reaching the limits of what my puny Tascam can do haha.

I built the ambiance soundscape from 4 different tracks from Freesound. Since the scene is indoors, I used a multiband equalizer to soften the noise (especially the rain) to make it sound like it was coming from outside. That was pretty fun!

This one was one of the more technically complicated piece to produce. Hope you Flufferschnoots enjoy it!
