Hey flufferschnoots, it's a new tech video! This one was a big request that was also a long time coming. I've been wanting to delve back into virtualization, too, so this was a great place to start!

I decided to record it "live" without much planning or voice-overing. It ended up being a disaster lol. I used to get frustrated at bugs and errors like these but now I think it makes for good content. And I figured it all out in about 30 minutes which made it a fun test of my skillz!

It was pretty quick to make this so I miiiiight make the 2nd part this week but we'll see.

Join me as I try my best to install VMWare Workstation 17 Player on Debian 12. I ran into numerous issues, mainly regarding dependencies that were required.
