Weekend Progress! (Patreon)

It's been months since I did anything with the Subaru but I made huge progress this weekend!

The garage has been a temporary storage area for about a year after we inherited a bunch of IRL family stuff. It finally got cleaned out enough that I was able to move the Subaru into the garage.

The poor car leaks super bad, and I don't mean the engine. Practically all of the weather seals are shot. It's going to be a lot of work to replace the seals but I finally can now that it's in the garage!

The engine has also been making a terrible whining noise lately. I suspect its one of the components with a pulley (probably the alternator) but I can't replace it in the driveway, especially in the rain!

I still haven't decided if I'm going to make videos about fixing this stuff. Car videos are really fun to produce but the garage still needs some work, especially if it's going to be on camera.

I thought live streaming this stuff would be kinda fun but that would require me to be on camera and I really hate the thought of that 🙈
