This one of my top episodes of MHA. What I appreciate is that conflicts don't just resolve and it's happily ever after, resolutions take time. See: Todoroki, Bakugou Oh! There is a post credits scene in this episode I think you have missed.

It's natural that way for sure, that resolutions can take time. I may have been annoyed with Bakugo and Deku's previous rivalry, but now I'm looking forward to it a lot more now because of this episode, well season 3 alone! I STAY missing post credits....if there was then I'm hard pressed, my bad, sorry!
