Chapter 31!

This chapter actually ends up coming short of the 16k minimum I use. The chapter was originally closer to 17k words, but as I was editing it, I realized I needed to cut off the end and put it at the beginning of the next chapter. So, no worries, the next chapter is longer for it.

Sorry for the delay. Christmas and New Years stuff ended up delaying my chapters a cycle. January will get another chapter on the 21st, and then I'll be releasing 3 chapters a month again starting February.
