Status Update 4 (Patreon)

1) Bad news: I'm still working 50-hour-solid weeks.

So, Medusa Chapter 6 will be delayed a week. It's up to 16k and I could edit it and push it this Sunday as planned, but it's an important chapter and I want to expand it. Unfortunately doing that with my current work schedule isn't viable, so to make this chapter hit the quality standard I have to delay it a week. BLEH!

2) Good news: I'm quitting my job in July.

I know I have a Patreon goal to hit 200$ before I start writing full time, but honestly, I hate my job so much that I've already decided to quit and am moving. I have an opportunity to try and make writing work, so come AUGUST, I'm committing to writing full time. That means a chapter every 10 days.

And then, the only overtime I'll be doing is when I want to write more!
