I THINK I FIXED SYNCING (no really this time) (Patreon)

I just talked to another reactor/tech guru, and we think we figured out the issue (hopefully--otherwise I think I'm going to give myself an aneurism over this). It was still a frame rate thing, but it was buried in the export settings. That's why it looked fine on my end, but was getting wonky for you guys. I'm going to try re-uploading The Last of Us episode 4, and see if that works. If it does, then I'll re-upload all my full length reactions with the fix.
