UPDATE! (Patreon)

Okay, so just a general update!

I'm currently doing storyboards on Tuca & Bertie!  That gig should last for about 4 to 5 months, and if you've followed me since this past summer, when I was working at WB, you've probably noticed that I really only have the energy to do one thing at a time.  So my W2H2 animation posts will probably slow down here for awhile.  I know Patreon has a "pause" feature, where it will temporarily stop the billing cycle for 1 month, so I think it's only fair for me to pause it every month while I'm on T&B.

That said, there's some potentially exciting things in the works!

First and foremost, I've been talking to an indie producer about W2H.  I can't say much about it yet, partly because we've both signed NDAs (consider this information under "friend-DA", so to speak), but mostly because the conversation is still in the early stages, and these kinds of discussions are always pretty slow-going.  But!  It could potentially mean having help with resources to finish W2H2, and, possibly, developing it as a series!  Again, it's all still in the early stages of discussion, so there's nothing to get too excited about yet... but it has forced me to sit down and start outlining W2H as a series.  So that's been incredibly fun!

In other news, me and my girlfriend submitted a pitch to the new WB/CN Cartoon Cartoons program!  So far we've made it to the 2nd round, and after this we're just waiting to hear back about whether or not they'll greenlight the short... so, fingers crossed!  The short is based on her children's show IP, Minnie Noir.  I'm sure I've talked about it on stream before, but here's some more info on that, if you're interested:

Anyway, assuming everything goes according to plan, I think I'm going to be the animation director on it!  So that's really exciting as well.

Anyway, I just wanted to keep you guys in the loop about what's going on with me, and let you know that I'll pause the billing cycle since I'll be kind of busy.   But I'll still post stuff here when I can (I actually have some new turnarounds to show!), and I'd like to continue streaming, whenever I have the bandwidth for it!
