Details (For nerds)
This is Ref who's having to comprehend this so feel free to call me a goofy goober since the info is limited.
Organizational and categorical changes - Especially with our growing team there needs to be some common understanding. Having some sort of standard approach helps with it largely. Due to this, our project manager has created a document that helps categorize, optimize, and reduce any unnecessary bits. This is predominantly for the modellers and designers who focus on texturing as there is quite a few of them and it would be kinda of difficult for everyone as our main form of communication is our discord server and especially when you're a project manager / admin / Supreme overlord it's MESSY so because of that having a document is valuable for the team :).
(This part of the waffle will just be stuff I've inferred rather than been expressed so double-ey if I get anything wrong I give the consent to being publically shamed)
Documents are really useful as mentioned they give guidance but with our project managers it performed in a way where it isn't entirely boring and where it gets straight to the point without reading like the private policies most people skip. It provides some nice visual aids (which I would've shown if PATREON wasn't icky) tables are another useful way of summarising details
Remember ladies, gents and in-betweens whenever you're doing something like a report make sure to get tables or images they make your life so much easier!
As of right now there is not much infomation I can provide you with my feeble young brain BUT if you would like to know feel free to message me and I can see what I can do! (you can find my details on our discord server make a ticket and ask for me :).
