Difficult anatomy for NSFW artists (Patreon)

As NSFW artists, we find ourselves drawing characters in a variety of poses and angles that can be difficult to find references for. In addition, a lot of tutorials have the SFW artist in mind - so they won't be showing you how the hips look while your character lies spread eagle. 

What part of anatomy do you struggle with most and would like to improve? Perhaps you'd like to see some poses that focus on the feet, armpits, or tongue?
