We're a bit further in the timeline, when Fili comes to terms with himself and has done a tremendously tough work of understanding his patterns under the eye of a therapist. This is when his demon slowly becomes less and less influential. He no longer torments him, because all of his weapons are useless. But he is still a part of our cocky blondie, and embracing him becomes a conscious act. Everything that his demon was using against him is now a weapon of a self expression~
