Legacy- Thank you again for another fantastic episode reaction for Person of Interest!!! Things are heating up! :) I really enjoy this episode a lot. I love the growing dynamic between Reese and Carter, as well as their constant banter back and forth as Carter disagrees with how Reese and Finch handles things to help their numbers. I can understand why Carter is hesitant and why she disagrees with Reese framing the bad guys, since she is after all a detective who is loyal to the law. However, I also understand and love why Reese deals with the bad guys he stops to protect people as he does too. Because most of them has loopholes in the law and use people that can't be traced back to them to do their dirty work for them. They know how to get around the law, making it so the police can't stop them so easily. Reese and Finch do whatever it takes to protect these people and I love seeing everything they do to bring these bad guys down. I also really enjoy this episode's "person of interest" and I like the lawyer's drive to give her clients a second chance despite her own struggles in life. She's a good woman, and I appreciate her thanking Reese in the end for saving her life and for helping her to help her clients. I love the end conversation between her and Reese, as they talk about why he does as he does. Because he too believes people deserve a second chance too. I really enjoy this episode's overall mission to protect this woman, as well as her clients who are sadly set up by their parole officers and the man she sadly considered to be a close friend. I really enjoy the twists and turns with Reese and Finch suspecting the bad guy to be the boss, only for it to turn out to be Chris all along. And yes... I think it's very funny that Reese and Finch are keeping Fusco and Carter in the dark about them both working for them. It's fantastic that Fusco is actually making the effort to protect Reese, as we see that he's grown to appreciate their work and even considers Reese a friend, as Reese considers Fusco a friend too, even if neither one of them will admit it. Also... it's great to see Reese lose a fight from time to time, because it makes him feel more human and less like a superhero. Plus... Reese is still recovering from having been shot two episodes ago and I appreciate that they make a point to bring this up again. And then... I also really like the side storyline between Finch and his best friend's son, Will. I like seeing a little more of Finch's past come out and it's sad to me that while Will sees Finch as his Uncle, he hardly knows Finch for who he really is. But then I also like how Will has discovered that his father had sold something priceless, which we know to be the Machine, to the government for $1.00 and that he's now looking into it so he can learn about why his father might have really died. Now... Finch is deeply worried, because Will of all people cannot learn about the Machine, or his life will be put in danger. Finch's only worry is losing Will like he lost Nathan too. Oh... and I also like that Reese asks Fusco to watch Finch, clearly not just so he can learn more about his employer, but so that he can help to protect Finch too. Reese is worried about him. Thank you again, so much, Reds! You're amazing!! Until your next reaction...

Never thought of that. That he's having Finched watched for protection. I thought he just was trying to find out his secrets lol but it makes a lot of sense.

Reese is definitely curious about Finch's past because so much of him is a mystery. And a part of him may be doing this to find out more about his friend. However, I do believe that Reese trusts Finch fully. He's just worried that Finch still feels the need to go off on his own to maintain some privacy, and given that Finch isn't a fighter by any means... Reese feels the need to keep Finch safe after all Finch has done to protect him. And I really appreciate that about Reese.
