The Wharfdale Diamond 225's are in the same price range as these and the aforementioned Klipsch. I would be interesting to see your impressions with all three compared.

You should review something from Adam Audio. I use the F5's on my desk.

+1 for Adam Audio. I'm considering the A-7x (though I'm also considering the Bronze 2 which will require an amp, oh the hardship of making choices...)

They are a bit expensive to just blow patreon money on. I'd need to borrow a set from a fan or get the company to send me something to demo.

There is also the Yamaha HS7, the newer and smaller 6.5" brother of the apparently popular (under producers) HS80M studio monitor. The HS series has had some mixed reviews though. They get praised for their neutrality, but some call them harsh in the highs. I have a pair of them, but I live in Europe so I can't really ship them over. I guess that makes this comment fairly useless. ;)
