I have been informed however if you want MORE power. These babies will work with a 24v 5A power supply [http://amzn.to/1yzkZgr] and give closer to 50wpc at the chance of higher distortion. They also can apparently work all the way down to 6V should you need to run them off of four AA batteries! I think you are hard pressed to beat this for $100 but if you want a bit more volume and quality to your amplification you can do it with the normal passive MB42x's [http://amzn.to/1DdzqIK] and an SA50 [http://amzn.to/1yv0GRu] for $145 total.
