Perfect for rear channel application The Larger 5" variant [http://amzn.to/1vAWP4R] and these smaller 3" [http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001GI39IK] are not cheap. Not even a little. But can pull off some effects with a smaller footprint than any other speaker.
